Well here I am back to start my journey after a lot of up and downs this last week I have now found a fantastic CDC and back ready to start.......

DAY 1...
Breakfast, Fruits of the forest shake. Unsure if I like this or not!
Dinner, potato and leek soup. Yum
Tea, chicken salad
Supper, mint hot choc shake
 
Yay excited now are more motivated than before xxxx

Good luck on your restart! I always found the plans with a bit of food worked best for me x
 
Yea me too as it not as bad as u still got a tiny amount of food intake :).

DAY 2. Ok today as been ok and doing well.

BREAKFAST,, porridge
DINNER,, chicken and mushroom soup
TEA,, tuna and lettuce spring onion and cucumber
Will have a shake just before bed

DAY 3

BREAKFAST: fruits of the forest shake

DINNER: mushroom soup

TEA: apple and cinnamon porridge

Haven't had my meal today as such a busy day and family had take away so I made do with a shake if I get hungry later I will have some grilled chicken n lettuce x

Hi spangles. I am feeling great. Been doing lots to keep myself busy. Even said no to take away Chinese last night getting a horrid rusty taste in my mouth so maybe think ketosis is stepping in. Time will tell x how r u

I'm good thanks. End of the summer hols in a few days (i'm a teacher) so have that dread "back to school" feeling...:(
