LG's EE Pregnancy Plan ;-)

Thought i'd Start a Brand New Food Diary as i've Discovered i'm Pregnant with my Second Baby :D I've already lost 5 Stone 1lb in 11 Months and i had a Target of Losing 12 Stone in Total.

Now that i'm Pregnant i wish to keep the Weight i've already lost off and to Continue with SW Throughout my Pregnancy & Once i Consult my Midwife on Monday to see what a safe Weight Loss i can still achieve. I was this Weight when i had my Son 3 Years ago and i Just wish i had been on a SW Plan then..i had a Terrible Time and i do Not wish to have the Same Problems due to being soo Overweight.

Very Early days as i'm only 6 Weeks gone..So after going to Class Tonight and Chatting to my Consultant i have the Information i need to Continue with the Plan as i want to be as Healthy as i can be for myself & my Baby...

First Day of EE Pregnancy Plan..

Breakfast :
2 Slices Wholemeal Toast 400g, Spread 1 Syn, Beans, Cherry Toms, Glass Milk 250ml ss

Lunch :
Boiled Rice with Chopped Spring Onion (Felt Quesy so Light Lunch) WW Carrot Cake 4 Syns

Snack :
Slice Wholemeal Toast 400g, Spread 1 Syn, Wafer Thin Chicken. Apple

Dinner :
3 Tesco Half Fat Cumberland Sausages 3 Syns, 3 Slices Bacon Medallions, Beans. Apple

Other :
Sugar for Tea 2 Syns, Hifi Light Bar, Glass Milk 250ml ss

Syns :11
Fluids : Milk 500ml ss, 2 Glasses Squash
HEXB : 3 Slices WM Toast 400g, Hifi Light Bar
HEXA : Milk 500ml ss

Lunch :
Cheese, Leek & Ham Pasta Sauce 1 Syn with added Smoked Bacon, Onion & Yellow Peppers. Ryvita Minis 4.5 Syns

Dinner :
Bake in Bag Chicken 2.5 Syns with Boiled Rice.

Other :
Options Indulgence Hot Choc 3 Syns, 2 Hifi Bars, Glass Milk 250ml ss

Fluids : 2 Glasses Squash. Glass Milk 250ml ss
HEXB : 2 Weetabix, 2 Hifi Bars

Yeah sticking to SW is Deffo the way to Go along my Pregnancy..im sure i will have the Odd craving just hoping they are Syn Free ones lol :D
