Just having a conversation with someone who says that the bread should be from a 400g loaf.

But SW Online says its from an 800g loaf - HEb or 6 syns.

I just want to confirm that please

Hi, some 400g loafs allow you to have 2 slices as your HeB. This particular one from Lidl is 1 slice out of an 800g loaf as your HeB.
