No it is the results of my 3 monthly blood tests which checks my liver and other functions to make sure I'm not reacting to one of my medicines. I'm only allowed 8 weeks worth and I have to get bloods done every 12 weeks

Luckily all at the Dr's so free parking rather then the hospital as they've agreed to shared care

I know that hospital parking is really expensive. We have a church car park right opposite and they charge 50p an hour so many people use that.

Yes I know that the liver can be affected by toxicity by some drugs so needs checking.
I had a client who had mental health issues and the hospital would take him off ALL his drugs so they could test him...that was a scary situation!

If it helps I could barely taste the garlic bread due to my dental visit and it was a bit of a waste

I didn't weigh in this morning either Janet after the pasta and bread yesterday

Cave girl can you not make a simple pasta sauce . I think that was made with half gluten free pasta half pasta and sauce

Hubby doesn't like Tesco GF pasta, his favourite is Salute, but can mo longer get it, but he has had Heinz GF lately and liked it, they do spaghetti too.

Yes buckwheat isn't a wheat its a grain !! You need to be careful its gluten free as some are mixed with wheat to make them less heavy
We have lots of different noodles on the go.

Very bitty day today with eating as I've been snacking here and there but I made it to the gym for the first time this year and did 20 mins crosstrainer and 4 different weight machines
