My scales must be completely out but I barely ate today which probably helped

Unfortunately I didn't stay long for the meal as I felt quite ill because of the food but I did eat too too much so it serves me right

I only had 2 egg muffins and 3 satsumas at midday today so I was starving but after weigh I had 2 bananas and a hifi bar then a huge 2 course meal
 
Hope things were not too bad cavegirl though I did think of your idea of cutting off an arm before my weigh in yesterday as I KNEW it was going to be BAD! And it was. Well done to you JAFFA but I'm with you on getting to the lower end of target so I can get through a Tuesday without HATING the day which I current'y do! Just said on Janets thread I've vaguely been following SP when I can and I'm sure that's how I managed to pull off getting back into target when I know I was over by at least 2lbs
