Light Philadelphia Varieties???

Can anyone possibly tell me the syn value for light philadelphia original as well as the chive one and garlic and herb. Because I love them and dont want to go over :sigh:

Anyway i'd love to know. Its my first meeting tonight :happy036:

Cheese is a HEB on green so you can get some protein. On red and EE it is assumed that you will get protein from your meat and fish intake, so the HEBs are limited to those that are high in fibre

awww you have all made me dead homesick......im from a village just outside Dover as well but moved 'up north' 3 years ago.......i do miss life in Kent ( and im clinging on to my southern accent with my fingernails!!) LOL!!!
