:break_diet: I dont know what to do I did well my first week and I thought that would be enough to inspire me to stick with the diet but I keep eating!!! :cry:I am paying attention in the meetings and exercising but when it comes down to eating I dont have the willpower to say no. How can I make this better??? I thought that I could do this diet as I havent managed to do any of the others but I am failing miserably
