Thanks! i hope so too, but need to be far more organised than i have been this year! been on plan this week, but still struggling to fit exercise in with trying to get all these assignments finished (and struggling to get caught up on mini's too) . but once they're done there'll be no stopping me! just got to remember to take it easy and not do too much all at once, otherwise i'll crash & burn!
I so need to plan my meals better too. i know what the kids are having for dinner tonight and what my OH is having, but don't know about me yet! i'm trying to use up odds & ends from the freezer, and there's just not enough of any 1 thing for us all to have the same. might make SW quiche, using quark, then that'll be lunch & dinner sorted, penty of SF & my HE's and I'll be there. need to stop waffling now!

then spent all of sunday night up & down to the bathroom with a bug, and felt really rotten yesterday. i feel better in myself today, but can't seem to keep any food in me. on the bright side, it should be a good loss next week! i was going to go for a walk today, but would feel much safer having a bathroom near by, so might try a bit of wii fit, but i certainly won't be overdoing it! there really is no point in me having a food plan for today, but i'll try some soup later, and see if that settles.
