Havent done this for like a week.
My diet has slipped so badly.
Just slipping in things here and its ruining me.

Hi just been reading your diary I tend to do mine on Slimming World site.I noticed you dont have full syns everyday I cant do that I seem to eat them all I must be greedy.

Probably because im not being so strict with myself.

Do u do extra easy?? Only don't seem to be much superfree here?? Maybe try and up it and should increase ure weight loss xx just thought it might help x
 
Thanks PJ. Ive been having issues recently and just dont seem to be getting everything right. Im happy to be sticking to syns if nothing else haha. I needed to hear that about my superfree though. Been kidding myself into thinking I'm back on track when im not. =)

just keep going with it mate, you are back on track you just could be getting more superfree in there thats all :eek:)
try putting mushrooms and onion in everything, thats what i do in most meals coz u dont really notice them in there so getting it in without thinking to much about it.
also i have fruit salad after my evening meal as a pudding with a yog on top and a alpen light bar crushed up as a little bit of chewee!!

keep going mate u will be back on it 100% before you know it xxx
