Today:
Breakfast:
1/2 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 pack of Mushrooms
2 1/2 slices of bacon medallions
2 Eggs Scrambled

Lunch:
Homemade Potato, Onion and Leek Soup

Dinner:
Chickpea Dahl, Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers, Chicken, Rice, Milk and Water blended down into paste. (HEA)
SW Actrifry Chips.
Beansprouts in Soy Sauce

Snacks:
1 pack of grapes
Banana
2 Aplen Bars (HEB)
Squares Cheese Flavour (5)
Cadburys Light Mousse (3.5)
Squirty Cream (2)

We all go through blips mate so don't worry we are only human after all!! All u can do us try ure hardest to get back on it 100% todays superfree looks better xx

2 Aplen Bars (HEB)
Hot Chocolate&Milk (2)
Squirty Cream (6)

Fibre plus bar [5.5]
Hot chocolate [2]
