    have just joined this site, I have decided to track my weight loss as i havent been so far and can feel my enthusiasum sliding!

    have been tempted to join a weight loss club, slimming world/weight watchers but am also trying to watch the pennies and trying hard to do it alone.

    plan is to weigh myself once a month...
    target is to loose 28lbs by around June time this year.

    2 stone in 6 months - is that a bit too optimistic, we'll see!

    am weighing myself tomorrow... have not done so great this last few weeks, but am still hoping for a few pounds loss :)

    So weighed myself and not sure it was right, it said 11st 6lbs which is 160lb so what i was looking for... it was the first time i used the scales in boots so havent got my hopes up and have to wiat till i go gym to double check, cos i want to be 160lbs according to the gym scales!
