Evening everyone, had a very busy day getting stuff in for New York, just little things. Finally got a new pair of boots! :D

Breakfast - Banana, Peach, Green Tea (was a quick one as i got up late and wanted to get out)
Lunch - Pepper & Tomato pasta (from this months mag) 3 x Babybel light(HexA)
Dinner - Savoury Rice, Soy Sauce, Mushrooms, SW Chips
Snack - 4 x Toast(2 HexB) Butter(3) 30g Cheese(HexA) Fererro Rocher(3.5 Syns) Curly Wurly(6 Syns)

Food sounds lush for today. I'm sat here reading food diaries and bloody starving lol! Waiting on my Sunday dinner x
 
afternoon everyone,busy busy again today.. alls i seem to be doing is cleaning this weekend lol
no Mel i have no fitness planned until Wednesday now, walking into town tomorrow so that should get me some body magic in.

Really need to go food shopping.....
 
As you can see i have changed my target weight, only 4lbs but i think maybe the 11's is more realistic. When i get there i will lower it once again. :)
 
That's the thing - you can always lower it need be. That's what I've done all the way through. First I aimed for 11 Stone, now my target is 10 but I think when I get there I might want to aim for 9, 7 as that's the top end of my "ideal" weight in BMI but I think I'll look far too skinny any less than that! I'm going to see how I feel at 10 and hopefully get some exercise done and tone up a bit before I see if I want to go lower.
