Donzy you read my mind! I've wanted to get a collection of you tube vids together from Kron's original thread. Maybe the mods could make this thread a sticky? I don't know who is "in charge" of this kb forum?

Simple to follow workout - 7mins long rinse and repeat 3 times for 21 mins workout, try and do this without putting the bell down http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbXlljb5Ny0&feature=related

double challenge - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5ZaXcWbl9c&feature=related its 4 circuits doing 5 exercises with 15 reps each (farmers walk, swings, snatch, rows, push ups). this will help build core stamina and challenge your strength (its pat flynn agian)

Kettlebells are great, been getting more into workouts with them lately. It's an old post but it's great advice and great workouts.
