Lipotrim 2008!

Hi, I',m starting Lipotrim tomorrow (well no in a few hours), I am wibbling a lot as I have to lose half of me (!!) and part of the worries and 'eek' moments I think are because i have never been a normal weight as an adult, so I have no idea what a normal weight me will look like at all - anyone else got over that barrier? I think it is very hard to aim for something when you are really not sure what it will be like.

Im excited too though, and there are so many motivating rewards in store as I lose weight (being able to ride other peoples horses would be nice, currently it would be cruelty to animals!).

Id like to be able to walk my dogs as well, and a whole host of other things.. this place looks great and I am glad i came across it. :D
 
hi im maddy,im 35 yrs old and im frm ireland,i have done lipo before,and lost a stone and half,
really wanted to loose 3st but never gave it a chance to do so,i have put back on 7lbs of wat i lost
so im going to give it my all,i have 3 days suply left over frm the last time so i will be starting on mon the 4th feb,and im so looking forward to it,ill be going to chemist on wed so that will be my real weigh in day,im 5.5 and on my own scales im 14.12,so thats me for now hope to chat to others soon on here,i have read a few threads and i have to say your all doing so so well keep up the super work eveyone all the best,xx

another new starter here (2nd time around)

I'm 41, weighed in at 16st 1lb and am 5' 6 - so quite a few stone to lose, will be happy to shift 2st as a first target.. I got down to 14st 13 last time I did it..on the pharmacy scales, Boots scales told me I was 15st 2 tho..

anyway.. day one and i'm raring to go

fingers crossed its not harder second time around :)
 
Hi everyone..i have read back on all your posts on this thread, I tend to read these things and never join. So this a first for me. I am buliding myself up to start Lipotrim tomorrow. I have done it briefly last year for a couple of weeks but personal family matters got in the way. Or maybe I'm making an excuse for my failure. Any way I am about 13st 10lb, 5ft 7 and am desperate to shift this weight. I have too much chunk upon my trunk. Wanna get down to about 10st by June. Do u think it's do-able? I am just dreading not eating food, cos I love it. I will miss chewing, anyone got any good suggestions. I will be turning to the forum for help, inspiration, and encouragement.

congrats on both he good weight loss and your pregnancy! Hope I am that successful! Do u know how to post the glitter names onto the page..i have find the site, just don't kn ow how to transfer it on here
 
A Newbie here!!

Hi Everyone,
Well last week i built myself up to start LT and went to the chemist to have my first weight in and to get my shakes and i told my chemist i was having a tooth extracted the next day so he told me I couldnt start the diet :mad: I was gutted! After the tooth extraction though I was feeling really rough so I am glad in a way that I didnt start it but now my psyched up self has dwinddled away!! I am starting tomorrow but don't feel in the right frame of mind as I have been off work for the weekend because of the tooth!! Also can u take Ibuprofen on the LT as I am still having pain every few hrs?

All you guys are an inspiration and your stories make me feel hopefull as I have alot of weight to shift!!

I hope i can find that motivation to stick to this diet as I want to get married to my partner and at the moment i find it hard to look in the mirror let alone have someone take a photo of me! I am at the moment literally twice the size of my partner and even though I don't want to lose that much I do want to lose about 6 stone at first and see how i get on with LT, anyone any ideas how long it will take to shift 6st?

i'm Katie, 27 and I weigh 18 stone 4lb.

I start lipotrim tomorrow, am really scared as I just don't know what to expect, what it's all gonna taste like, how i'll cope with the thunger pangs, how i'll ever socialise ever again, if i'll really smell etc...

but I'm really excited too and am feeling inspired by all of your weight loss stories, hopefully I'll be telling newbies mine soon too.

hiya, just started lipotrim this morning, not had a shake yet but had some peppermint tea and some black coffee not very nice so far, getting hungry now so im gonna have a shake wish me luck!!
 
hi can anybody tell me how many calories we are intaking in 1 day ?

I think its about 430 calories a day or there abouts in the three shakes!
Not much eh lol?

Hope your doing well - day three for me and I'm struggling but gonna power on!!!

hiya aimee79,god that isnt a lot no wonder some people loose a stone in there 1stweek haha , got narky wiv hubby tonight but i think it was something to do wiv the fact that i was cooking him his tea of smoked salmon in a cream sauce on a bed of pasta and i couldnt have any i wouldnt mind but i dont even like FISH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol lol

hi everyone ive been posting on another thread but you lot seemed to of all started at a similar time to me im starting week5 today and ive lost29lbs(2stone 1) im just about to tuck into my evening shake always the same chocolate with peppermint tea instead of water anyone got any ideas what to do with the chicken soup i tried curry powder and it tasted worse(if thats possible)

Week 2

Hello there
I am on day 2 of week do and am managing by taking choc shake hot with a little coffee powder in monring, vanilla shake at lunch and chicken with some pepper at night - I am doing fine with all of these. Lost 10 lbs first week so that is keeping me going!
