Lipotrim for a week?

Hi all x Just wondering what advice you dedicated lipotrimmers can give me please! I'm currently doing the slim fast diet and I go on holiday in about 6 weeks time. I want to lose at least another stone by then and think that I might get close to that but not all the way in that short time on SF. I was thinking about doing lipotrim for a week before I go away to shift those extra few pounds, does anyone know if this will be ok or make a difference?

Any help or advice greatly appreciated!

I'd be more inclined to start LT now hun. You'll be at goal in aprox a month and have a couple of weeks to do refeed before your hols.

You will have to do lipotrim for a minimum of a month...pharmacies do not let you do it for a shorter period as , the first weeks weight loss is mainly water and then you need to do 3 more weeks and then you do 1 week refeed before returning to eating 3 full meals

I'm with Shaz and Nic. Start LT now and you'll soon find yourself at target and can refeed slowly so are ready for your holiday.

Thanks for all your advice x I'm just a bit worried I won't be able to stick to LT for that long!

You CAN do it! I didn't think I would do so well either, I thought it would be much harder. Don't get me wrong there are times when I find myself thinking, "oh, it wouldn't hurt too much if I ate...", but then I think to myself that I have lost just over 1 stone in 2 weeks! That is motivation enough!
