Lipotrim TFR 100%

Hi so so helpfull. Welcome to the forum! Good luck with the lipotrim. I started 2 weeks ago, so am still a relative newbie! Like a lot of others, I too, have a large amount of weight to lose (over 8 stones) and am looking up a very tall, and steep mountain to climb. However, instead of craning my neck, and looking at the top, I'm starting at base level, head down, and setting small achievable mini goals on a gradual slope.

Every journey starts with a single step. Suggest you could do the same. Dont worry about the length of time its gonna take. With the support of this forum, I feel safe, anonymous, and will express my feelings whenever I feel like it. I've decided I'm gonna swim against the tide and give it my best shot 100% knowing I can dip in to the forum regularly for inspirational support. The first week is always the hardest (peaking between 3-5 days) but it does get easier after that.

With positive thoughts, I am focusing on where I wanna be in a few weeks time and this is giving me the willpower to do it. Having lost my first stone in two weeks, I've noticed my trousers are getting very loose so I know something is happening to my body!

I wish you the very best of luck on your journey, and do pop into forum for inspirational support and let us know how you are getting on :)

hi fatbusterforever thanks for your kind words. i am taking it week by week. i didnt put it on overnight and dont expect to lose it overnight either. i am totally looking forward to my first weigh in.
i think its starting to get a little easier because the headaches have stopped and i dont feel totally starving.
so onwards and upwards (or downwards in weight loss)
thanks again

Hiya! Well done on your achievement so far! A stone in 2 weeks is fantastic!

I'm really glad you feel safe here, it's a brilliant forum isn't it?

You mention positive thoughts so you obviously believe that they will help you which is why I hope you don't mind if I make a suggestion.

There are 2 comments in your post which are extremely negative and in my opinion will make your journey more difficult unless you change them.

One is am looking up a very tall, and steep mountain to climb. and the other I've decided I'm gonna swim against the tide if you could change these to - for example - having made the decision to do something about this once and for all I am looking down the mountain which I built for myself by what I've done in the past and all I have to do is let go, let it happen and before I know it I'll be where I want to be ..... and ...... I've been swimming against the tide of being healthy and slim for long enough, now I am doing something about it all I have to do is turn around and let the current take me .. go with the flow ..

Can you feel how these statements differ? How the first 2 make it sound like a struggle and a HUGE effort while the second ones FEEL easier and more relaxed?

Feel free to ignore me but I felt the struggle in those words and had to drop my two penn'orth in. :D

Best of luck on your journey xx
