Currently I have a paper diary where I track everything but I have a useless memory and always forget to carry it lol so thought I'd give this online way a try... I mainly do red and green days and have a rare extra east day... I'm too old skool I cant figure the 3rd of my plate hehe... So today...

Breakfast: 2x weetabix (hexb) and 150ml SS milk (hexa)
Lunch: chicken mugshot, Apple, pineapple
Tea: chicken (hexb) and red pepper kebab with rice and side salad
Snacks: strawberries, apple, weigh watchers toffee yoghurt
