Hi All,
I just started on Tues and due to forthcoming work patterns am trying to go alone! I will try to get to a meeting when work settles down but that wont be for about a month! Would really appreciate any help or suggestions from you friendly lot, I have been lurking on here for a few weeks now and can honestly say its all the friendly comments and support that has been the inspiration for me to start. I have the red/green book and a few recipe books as my mum and stepdad have been on sw for years so thought I would give it a try!
Here are my last few days diarys (I do green days as I dont eat a lot of meat)

Looking at this I dont seem to have very much fruit and veg compared to other peoples diarys, I'm doing SW carrot & corriander soup tomorrow for taking into work, soups might be a way to up my veg intake!! I must admit I do find this very confusing (but I'm easily confused)!
