Little advice? 'non' blockage issue!

S: 11st3lb C: 10st12lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 24.5 Loss: 0st5lb(3.18%)
So day 2 down but have developed a little 'non' blockage problem without lowering the tone!
Today have had 2 muller light, chicken, cottage cheese & poached fish plus my oat bran porridge, and drunk plenty.
It might just be the change of diet I don't feel poorly in fact I feel surprisingly great!
Just wondered if anyone else had had this or could offer any advice?

It happens... (rarely to me, mind). Most of us moan about the reverse. Could be unrelated, of course.

Keep hydrated and hopefully things will settle down :D

It took me a while to work out what that meant! I think that the confusion arose because most people end up with constipation, rather than the opposite!

As Jo says, hydration is vital. Could it be a tummy bug?

it happened to me about 5 days in - after I finished attack. It gradually settled after a few days without any special intervention on my part, and did not recur (on the contrary...) it was clearly my body dealing with / getting confused about the over-supply of protein and under-supply of fibres....
