Little Help please

Hi all

Been ages since i last posted in this section. I've lost 1st 9lbs and i although i'm exercising i'm exercising i'm struggling to lose the fat from my belly or my bingo wings.

What do you find works these areas best?

I have found doing Body Pump classes really helps my arms, and lots of tricep dips as well! I started out at relatively low weights in the pump classes, and have built up over time. Kettlebells is also meant to be amazing for your arms.
 
Agree with Rachael that body pump will tone up your arms! Start off easy though at the start. I remember my first class and i obviously had far too much on for the bicep track, struggled through but couldn't feel my arms for about 3 days lol.
