Little Hobbit's Food Diary-starting again!

ok quick update.
didnt have the mikado but did go out and have a meringue and a tiny bit of cream.(7 syns)-was quite a big meringue.but was well worth it as i was celebrating a friends good news.
and a thorntons caramel shortcake-(4 1/2 syns)

total syns 11 1/2-well we all deserve a treat!
 
Morning hun, yum I love thorntons caramel shortcakes pity is they are so small!!! 1/2 off is good hun, better to have it come off slowly as it won't go on as quick. x

ok i dont seem to be losing much weighty.my consultant said i could be hitting a little plateau so why not do a few green and red days.iv never done these before tho so i hope im doing them right.

Mixing it up could work for you, makes it more varied and makes you plan a bit more too!
The only thing I would look at is maybe having more for breakfast? I know I couldn't manage on a cereal bar hun! Having a good brekkie kicks starts your metabolism for the day.
 
thanks Jaylou.iv never been a breakfast person and used to just skip it so i find i cant eat much more than a cereal bar.but iv had a look through other ppls diarys and have a few ideas for next week.

i lost my pound!
thats me at club ten and lost a stone.i talked to my consultant and i dont think i want to lose much more so whatever i get to next week is going to be my target as im leaving to go back to uni and then at christmas we will have another look and see if im still happy.
i love slimming world!!

ok so after a day of eating everything in site-it was my flat warming last night,so vodka,crisps,chocolate,haribo,custard creams haha! guessing that damage coiuld put on at least two pounds.
so Success Express for maybe the rest of the week!
