just to say, i thought it was 2 alepn lite bars for HxB
 
Yeh it is 2 alpen lights for HExB i think she may have used her two HExb's for the alpens.
 
yeah i used the cereal bars for both HexB's as i find them quite addicting and a great snack.
dont know why but im finding the plan really hard to stick to lately and i seem to have one good and then an awful one which isnt helping.im not gaining any but im not losing any either and i think i wil quickly start to gain.im determined to get back on track-jst lately i cant seem to deny the chocolate
and once i have a little taste i need more and more...you get the drift

then i was bad and had 4 choccie biscuits about an extra 16syns.so no syns for the next few days,i dont even know why i did it :(
 
right one day at a time 100% i think i really need to just get back into the swing of things.the bad thing about uni is that things come up everyday-different social plans or music concert( i am a music student)
so sometimes iv used my syns and them im out and wanting whatever everyone else is having.

going out a concert where everyone will be drinking but im up early tomoro so wil feel better for not drinking anyway.
 
Good luck for tonight hun. I usually try and save my syns for the evening when I am more likely to snack and then I can keep track of my syns more easily!
