Little Hobbit's Food Diary-starting again!

through total stupidity i got confused and thought i was on a green day because i wasnt having any meat.so had an extra HexB but then stupidly put BBQ chicken in my pasta.so went 6 syns over.so back to SuccessExpress for two days before WI.as i would like to stay the same although wont be too disappointed as i have had a great week!
 
so Sunday 20th
SE
breakfast-banana with mullerlight
snack-rasps
2 choc fingers(2syns)
lunch-bbq chicken omelette with ratatouille
snack-melon
plumbs
dinner-vegetable soup
snack-going to nardinis so think i will use my Hex's for cheese on toast or treat myself to some ice cream :)
 
so slight change.ended up having lunch at nardinis and used my HexB for a sandwich but it was a big sandwich so im jst counting it as all my syns.since im sure it had more then my bread allowance.but other than that im sticking to it.
 
slightly annoyed today.was planning a SE day so i could maybe hope for a sts at tomoros WI.
but i got a phonecall from my aunt to say she had booked a lunch out for me since i leave.and it was a special menu she had already payed for which was 2 courses and it had to be dessert.
so i got up late so it was brunch for me
brunch-pan fried salmon with new potatoes and vegetables
merangue and berries and ice cream-so counting this as all my syns and just going to eat superfree foods for the rest of day.
 
so last WI was on tues.and i put on half a pound.so im now doing it alone.but its my first week back at uni.and so i new that from WI til thurs i would not be able to be on the diet and wow did i stick to that!

a little summary of what iv had:
a selection box
3 pieces of garlic bread
2 slices of lemon meragnue pie
2 bowls of sorbet
glass of wine
vodka and cokes*3
shots
tortilla and full fat mayonaise(dont actually like full fat mayonaise but was at my friends and i cant have dry tuna!)
and the final bit was a bag of cookies
a pack of custard creams
and half a pack of chocolate fingers

now i never ever eat like that! not even before i went on the diet.
but it was an amazing two days and from tomoro i will be back in control.

just had to write it down to see the enourmity of it!!

Hey Hun, I totally understand you having a bit of a binge I sometimes do that and eat stuff like I never have before. Thankfully you have drawn a line under it and decided to start afresh which is great. x

ok iv had a week and a half off plan and am disgusted with myself in what iv eaten.so im writing it down to remind myself how awful iv felt all week cause iv felt fat and sick which was all down to bad food!!

Hey Hun, At least you are back on track now. Just draw a line under it and move on. Just remember how crap you felt after eating it all - it will remind you its not worth it! x
 
thanks sanicholl! everytime my flatmates open the biscuits im reminding myself how i felt that week.
my flaw is with chocolate and biscuits as once i have one.i have to have more.

so i ended up having more cereal really late at night last ngiht cause i was so hungry and wanting it so im jst not going to have two HexB's today and less syns to make up for it.

haha yeah i know but it was the weetabix choc minis so they are jst so addicting.but i love them for breakfast and im not a big breakfast person so its really helping me.
