On SS+ and lost 21/2 st in 6 weeks. Feeling pretty good about myself. But a weeks holiday last week has started me nibbling and picking! Any advice or help!!!
I know how you feel! My biggest problem is that I was a picker/grazer.
There's a few things you could try, maybe cut your bars up into little bits and 'pick' on those throughout the day.
Try and keep yourself and your hands busy, maybe try a new hobby? I do jewellery making and that keeps me VERY busy. Obviously this ones much harder if your at work.
Check out another post on here with reasons why to lose weight and write a list of your own, stick it up somewhere (fridge is a good place!) then read that everytime you feel weak .
