I just bought myself a pair of size 14 skinny jeans as an incentive ! eeeek !
 
Don't expect perfection - none of us can deliver that or we wouldn't need a diet haha! U are doing well and u are losing weight :D

Size 14 incentive love it - where are they hung? Any idea how much u would need to lose for them to fit? U can do it xx

Enjoy ur weeklies hun... and 1pp will not be noticed I promise... I paniced when it happened but u get used to it... that bagel sounds yummy! xx
 
Ooo you have gone down... I started off at 29 pps I never went to a club so just started at that...

I was thinking today.. I should eat all my daily and weeklies as when I want to speed up my weight loss or at least hit a plateau that I will have something to play with.. but seeing as there are times that I have a real problem getting to 29 sometimes...and none of the weeklies what should I eat lol....

But ... look on the bright side... this is working for you... so stick with it Roman x
 
i've just binged on a load of choc chip snack a jacks :(
