Hi girls, well its day 1 of pro points diet!

iv done ok!

B- coco pops 3 with ss milk 2
tea and a ww biscuit 2

L- went to m&s with mother so had a bacon, cheese and chicken toasted sandwich....13pp!

D- ww meal 8pp

Snack- tonight im going to have a tea with a ww biscuit so thats another 2 pp also had a sugar free jelly 0 pp

daily pp- 29 used
weekly- 2, iv rounded it up to 2 just incase iv had more milk than i thought with my tea

feeling good and hope to lose some weightttt!

im a bit of an obsessive weigher so im going to try not weigh myself until next monday!...... lol :rolleyes:

Day 2 on pro points! Breakfast- coco pops, milk, tea and a ww biscuit total pp- 7. Lunch- ww tomato soup and a slice of ww bread total pp- 3. Dinner- light choices curry total pp- 11. Snacks- x2 terrys choc pieces 3pp 1x ww biscuit and a tea 2pp. Total pp used today= 26 will have a cup of tea later with a curly wurly 3pp so will have used my 29pp daily allowance x x

Hehe aw thanks babe I do like a bit of choc choc with a cuppa hehe don't feel like I'm on a diet at the moment which is weird, hope to lose some weight by Monday! X

Day 3!

Breakfast- oat granola 5, milk 2, ww biscuit 2 and cup of tea

Lunch- ww tomato soup 2, roll 4

Dinner- Birdseye chicken korma 11, 60g cottage cheese 1

TOTAL used so far - 27

SNACKS- later i will have another cup of tea and a 2finger kitkat 2pp

Total points used- 29
Weeklies- 2pp (just added on extra for milk in my teas)

Weeklies left-45

Not feeling too bad today, a little peckish now but i think its because i know iv used all my points for today.. im trying not to use too many weeklies as im scared it will stop me losing!

No, never. I accidentally ate 3 one week when I screwed up pointing some rice >.< But loads and loads of people here eat all their weeklies and still get good losses :)

im gonna try not to use them, im just going to use them for me cups of tea ect if i have any extra milk or anything. do i have to be a memeber for ages before i can add a pic of myself? x i cant work this out lol x
