ll savoury broth... how many?

How many of these can you have a day. I think its due to the cold weather, but im craving them lol.

Dont want to overdo it though if we're supposed to limit them x

I think it's two! I had one tonight, it's alright, made me feel a little sick but I dunno if that's my tummy kicking up a fuss about the change from solids to ludicrous amounts of liquids over the past two days!
