LL STARTERS IN JANUARY 2007

Another 6.5lbs off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy, I am buzzing. Lost 6.5lbs at weigh in today which brings total of 16lbs in TWO weeks - incredible!!!!

It is so great seeing the weight come off, I really beleive I can do this.

In our group tonight we worked out everyone's weightloss over the two weeks & we had lost 185lbs in total - that is a whole person.

I could not have done this without all your support guys - thanks for being here when I needed it.

Off to have my caramel coffee & then to bed - speak soon xx

10lbs is a great loss. Strange what your LLC said because mine was more than happy for me to freeze the bars - chocolate ones are great. She did say that I should heat more than one shake mix a day as this can break down the nutrients/minerals - but never 'don't do it'.

Might be worth looking at the LighterLife site or magazine for recipes

Well done skinny. lilypad and supermum, fantastic losses:D :D . I guess we are all buzzing this morning. I have updated all stats below!

I have lost a total of 4.5llbs this week. Scales hadn't moved since Saturday, little bit disapointed but hey it's 4.5llbs gone forever and it's a total of 1 stone in two weeks which is great. Everyone in our group lost about the same, between 3 and 5llbs and we have all been told to expect 3llbs a week so nothing to get upset about I guess! It's just when you see a really big loss the first week you kind of expect that every week:) :)

Hi toots - wow -a stone in 2 weeks: pretty impressive. You're so right to expect no more than 3-5 lbs after the first week - you can't really get rid of more fat than that a week unless you're exceptionally lucky. I'm not expecting a massive loss on Sunday because I'd cut down the week before and lost most of the water and glycogen you lose at first. (Of course I'm secretly hoping for a big number!) At least it should be fat burning all the way from now and that's what we want. Your bmi must have plummeted - well done :D.

Try not to be too dispointed, 4.5 is a fantastic loss and at least it is going in the right direction.:D :D

You should be proud of yourself - we have done 2 weeks can you believe it.

All our group had big losses this week & the LLC was very surprised, she did warn us though that this would not happen every week and we should expect about 3-4lbs. So you are totally on track.

Anyway great result well done!!!!!

i am not too disapointed, a loss is a loss as they say and in actual fact mine was the most I think in the group. It's just that it hadn't moved since Saturday. TOTM is due soon and I really hold on to water. I used to take EPO but can't take that now as it's an oil, so here comes the PMT!!!!! Hubby not looking forward to it at all as I get so up and down for about a week. Nevermind!!!!!!

No, I can't believe we are on day 15, it's really starting to fly now...

We had two more new starters last night so we finished a bit early!

Do you know when we get the band thingy and the ball?

Not sure about the band & thingy our LLC has not yet mentioned it.

Good luck with PMT - know what you mean, although you may find cos we are giving our bodies all the nutrients it needs (well I would do if I remember to eat all packs:D ) this may ease the symptons, I think I had read somewhere that it can worsen if our bodies do not get enought vitamins etc... so you never know LL may even free you of that demon too.

We had a few new starters last night, also have lost a few which is a shame cos they were all doing so well.

I am going to make it my goal this week to do more walking, I managed 10,000 steps about 3 times last week so I am going to increase to 4 times this week, if the weather is not too nasty - cos it is very windy and rainy at the moment, which is not good!

It is my little boy's 2nd birthday today & we are having a little tea party late this afternoon. Another challenge to get through:D but as food is the last thing on my mind at the moment I think I will be ok.

Well done Skinny - I'm addicted to my step counter and I actually managed 10,000 steps yesterday - but it's going to be alot less today as I;me working at home so the only walking I do is to the loo or the kitchen for more water:p

I would go out for a walk at lunchtime but have you seen the weather!?

Good luck at your little boys birthday party - I'm sure running around after those little kids will get your step counter up today!!
 
Hi, just got back from my meeting and first weigh in - lost 7 lbs so I'm very happy:D. I'm looking forward to playing with the pedometer - hope it stops raining soon!
