Just updating as I have lost 5lbs this week, that takes my losses up to 14lbs (in 2 weeks) - and I've made my valentines challenge!!

Well another 2 off for me. Didn't reach my overall target, but only 4lbs to target now and am happy with that! The losses seem to have slowed down for me and that is fine, I figure if I need to do abstinence for a few more weeks it's for a reason ;)

reached my target too lost 6lbs so -2lbs off my target
and doing exercise 6 days a week :)
 
Quite impressive Ken. I exercise regulary too, just getting into my Slendertone shorts.:rolleyes:
