good morning
food plan for today
breakie - muller light
snacks - 6 x finn crisp hxb
lunch - graphes and ham
dinner - quorn chicken dippers, mash and veg. (had jacket potatoe with chilli last night)

i go away tomorrow so there will not be any updates and i hope i can stick to the plan as well as possible

You might not have a gain! I went away for a week, had all sorts of naughty stuff and had a LOSS! Must have subconciously been making better choices somewhere!!!

Well done love, so pleased to hear how much you lost, and don't worry about the weekend away, we are on this plan for the long haul, and have to remember to live too... So long as we drop back on plan whenever we can... Sometimes good times come first, as we can not redo them... Fingers X'd for wi, but remember its not the end of the world if you do gain, just another challenge to face... xx
