lollypops food diary

morning
last night i did zumba was half hour was knackered felt like a awesome work out. for dinner i had extra lean minced beef with mushrooms in a tortilla wrap. i had some bad news last night so will try my bestest to stick to the diet today but i am craving bad food.

tuesday 27th september ee day
breakie - vanilla with sprinkled chocolate muller light
snacks - finn crisp x 6 hxb
lunch - ham with mini babybell light
dinner - not sure being cooked for going to a friends house

tuesday 27th september dinner
starters - corn on the cob
main - pasta with salmon, broccali, peppers, onions and a white sauce
desert - eton mess with strawberries and blueberries.

wednesday 28th september ee day
breakie - muller light yogurt
snacks - 6 x finn crisp hxb
lunch - ham, light mini babybell and TOMATOES :)
dinner - going to try smash pizza with, low fat sausage, mushrooms, peppers and what ever else i fancy

not sure what is going to happen yet tomorrow on them scales but i have done lots of exercise :)
 
wednesday 28th september ee day
dinner - made home made burgers cooked on bbq with a 1 brown roll n cheese slice and cucumber.

thursday 29th september ee day
breakie - mullerlight
snack - 6 x finn crisp hxb
lunch - ham and cherry tomoatoes and a sugar free energy drink

i am a bit worried as over last 2 days been taken losts of cold / flu medicine as not well so hope this does not affect me weigh in.
not long till weigh in i am hoping for a lose but think it will be that gain train again :(

Yey i lost 1 pound very very happy as was expecting a gain.
thursday 29th september ee day
dinner - jacket potatoe with syn free turkey korma.

friday 30th september ee day
breakie - muller light yogurt
snacks - 6 x finn crisp hxb
lunch - tomatoes, cucumber and ham
hxa - 250ml ss milk
