I've steadily been putting weight back on. In truth for along time and before we moved but I'm walking more, have more and better access to fresh food and it's still going on.
So ,this is the start of another friendly relationship with my slimming world books, which I will read and re-read, will start writing down all of those things I've eaten each day, count my syns and start losing weight the healthy way.
I'm a green planner normally and love that plan - lost so much weight before by being on it. Have lost a pound already this week by being nearly good.
SW - a lot!
Goal - 11 st 7 lb
Will take it nice and slow, and be 100% positive every day.
