Step 1 Sole Source Looking for a buddy!!

    Hey guys! Started SS on Monday! Currently 13.12 and looking to be 10.2

    Im hoping to go the whole twelve weeks and really kick my weight!!

    Was just looking for a buddy to share support and tips with!!!

    Well its the 4th day and i strangely havent felt too bad. Not hungry at all (when I am I just drink the water and it seems to go away) its more the temptation of eating, I am dreaming of cheese! hopefully that will pass though. The only thing thats bothering me is that I cant do too much excersise! went for a run last night and thought I was going to faint!! Think I just pushed myself a little too hard though - will just have to do evening walks while my boyfriend cooks. I really cant stand to be around food at the moment!

    I am really determined to do this though.. I already feel like I am losing, although it may be psychological :) Dont want to weogh my self until I see my CC - I want it to be a suprise!!

    Morning well I'm on day 3 don't feel to bad at mo just keep drinking water, last night i was hungry so made up my soup and added some cauliflower and broccoli and chicken n spices to it, had huge bowl full that kept me going while my hubby ate a Stir fry with all the trimmings lol. I should if I haven't already down load the Cwp on apps if u can it alerts u when to drink more water It's got a few helpful bits in there tracks youross each week. So
    Far so good now been told my brother and family are coming home in June from Australia for a visit so mission go go go to get this off off off lol x

    At least that gives you the chance to work it off for something!! Im on the shakes only so finding it really difficult today. But staying strong - We WILL be thin!!! :) xxx

    Really not good this evening. Have been so close to eating but have layed in bed instead!! Think I need to find a hobby but this first week is SO hard!! Im from London. What about you?

    I've not had a good day, been rushing about after work my 6 year old granddaughter broke her leg, then I ended up cooking sausage n mash for my daughters and partners that decided to come round, I was good I had a bit of chicken and salad, where that will power came from I don't know lol. I'm from Basildon , hope you have a better day tomorrow x

    Well I have been tempted but I havent cracked. 5 days going strong.. I felt really shakey and weak when I woke up. How are you feeling today? and well done for not eating the sausage and mash!! Dont think I would have been able too say no to that! I am having to avoid food all together x

    How you doing livvy? Had my first WI tonight lost 5.5lbs and 7.5inches all over well pleased with that considering got totally drunk on vodka n coke Saturday night in Clacton for Paddys day lol xx

    Hiya! Done really well had my weigh in today and lost 5 as well! I had a few too many pimms on sunday because of the weather. I was really panicking because I thought I was going to have put it all back on. Had the rice pudding earlier for the first time and that was really nice. Have you tried it? X

    Hi ladies, sounds like your all doing really well. I started Cambridge on Monday, S.S.+ am doing ok so far, no real moments to make me cave. I'm at work overnight so it's keeping me busy, it's when I get home later that I'll struggle. I've done the diet previously and done well on it but like most things, I didn't follow up properly and slipped back into my old ways. Got 5 stone to lose, daunting but do-able I think. I wish you all luck. Anne. X

    Hey ladies, how are you all getting on...? I too started on Monday 17th March, and would love to buddy up so that we can all support one another.
    I have 22 days left in which to lose as much of 2 stone as I can... :/ I know thats a mission and a half but I have to try! I need to have 2 days off out of these 22 for my sons 14th birthday. We are eating out for both of them and I am already planning ahead and wondering what I can eat those nights as I have to eat something, I dont want to be awkward on my sons birthday. Im just going to eat protein and avoid carbs :)

    Really pleased to see you still lost after having a drink or 2. I completely caved last night, not too bad with the food, mainly meat but did have wine. Put about 1.5 lbs on this morning and totally out of ketosis so hopefully I can pull that round before my Monday weigh in. X

    Hiya!

    Great to hear that your still on track! Don't feel too bad about eating.. It was the first time that all the family were around the table yesterday so I inevitably ended up eating a roast potato.. Or three!! I did find last week a lot easier and weighed myself this morning - started at 13.12 two weeks ago and I am now 13 and a half! So impressed with the loss but still trying too base my goal on how I feel and look rather than what the scales say. I hope the weigh in goes well! And I really wouldn't worry too much about the ketosis.. I don't know about you but I find it really easy to slip back in too :) I am really loving the feeling this week though.. I feel so much more energised - I don't know whether that is because of all the vitamins and minerals I am taking in that I normally don't get?? Xx
