looking for a buddy

Hi, Im a newbie and was looking for any advice. I would like to lose astone and a half. I would like to feel confident in a bikini when I go on holiday.
Ive lost 7lb at 1lb a week. My day is friday but Im a little frustrated at my slow loss.Any advice ?

You don't say what diet you are doing. Difficult to advise. Sorry
 
I am following slimming world. I am trying to eat mainly syn free or low syn but am unsure as to how much I can eat ? Does that mean you can have a big plate full if you wanted ? Wouldnt you feel full on so much food even though its syn free or low syn ?

Are you having your 15 syns?

Drinking enough water?

Having your healthy extras and measuring them out?

Having a 3rd of your plate as speed?

Its important that you eat enough as well as being careful and mindful.

Providing the food is free/speed you can eat until your satisfied.

Just be sure to measure your As and Bs correctly and syn things correctly. I have the app on my phone to look things up or I come on here. Loads of information and people are helpful.

1lb a week sounds ok, sometimes it doesnt come off quickly and sometimes its better that way. Your doing great :)
