I like to make my own chips - u get more :) lol I just chip the taties and par boil then pop in oven with frylight - yummy! Xx

I weigh everything too. Eating huge portions was one of the reasons I gained so much weight. When I first weighted out 30g breakfast cereal I was shocked at how little it was, I had been eating four times that amount! Argos do a very good and cheap digital kitchen scales, I keep mine on the kitchen counter all the time now!
 
I got my digital scales from Asda for about £7 :) xx

150g (raw weight) chicken breast - 4pp
70g egg noodles - 7pp
1 tsp curry powder - 0pp

Tea (splash of semi skimmed milk) - 1pp

Grand total
24pp used
7pp remaining.

I will probably have a curly wurly later, or maybe a couple of jaffas, so that would add 3pp.

How does this one seem? Have I pointed correctly? Does it sound ok?

I've just done bad today...just finished myself off with walkers cheese n onion crisps (multipack pack) and a mars bar! i didn't even think about checking/counting points :(

1pp left. I might have a curly wurly later so if I do I'll have to use two weekly points. I might not eat it though coz I left it in my car all day and it's barely even a solid anymore. Maybe I could drink it....???
