Looking forward

Thanks so much, feeling fabulous its just what I needed whilst retraining bad habits and thinking about how healthy I want to be, taking a step back from the norm is just the ticket to the new me. I do not intend on putting weight on once its lost so this forum is really helping me to realise that it can be done, and it can be kept off if we do the right thing. Cheers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I realise the next few weeks will be on a smaller scale but even a pound or two each week Id be really chuffed.
