Well 3 days after my gain weigh in Im happy to say my scales are showing that 6lb has now gone so anymore loss this week is a bonus
Weigh day has now changed to a monday so I have another 4 days till im weighed
Im now in the pink and feeling like a new woman my aches and pains have gone and my snotty nose is almost history

IM BACK AND READY TO KICK THAT FAT OUT OF THE DOOR
