Lose a stone in September

I lost 3lbs in June and then 5lbs in July, August and September. Never seems like a lot - but I spent 3 months living a normal life. Boozing 2-3 times a week. The odd take away here and there. The odd chocolate bar here and there. 3 holidays. And in isolation 5lbs not that much. But 18lbs is massive and my body has completely changed.

Much better to take it slowly and eat like you will when you maintain than do some crazy diet that you'll "stop" when you get to target and then pile weight back on.

Don't be disheartened. Binky my buddy on the calorie counting board is the same and she's nearly half way to target.
