Lose weight to gain a bikini bod! (May 2014)

Hi ladies. The dr has prescribed me antibiotics and took another sample, and gave me a pot to do another sample when I have finished antibiotics to see if it's cleared up, if not they will do further tests. Still doesn't explain the pain though! I've really fancied something naughty all day today, cookies or cakes or chocolate. But I've not given in. I bought some fabs for 4.5syns but don't fancy one if those anymore. Although it's much better than the 330cal doughnut I was going to buy! I'm absolutely shattered! Could have done with a red bull as well but I've just been drinking loads of water to try an flush my system out. Had a peep on the scales this am and still at 8st12lbs. Not a happy bunny! Well they said they're treating it as in infection as they usually start with proteins, but not getting any discomfort when going to the loo, just the pains x

WI tomorrow AAAAH! And I've been soooooo hungry all day! My wrap was so good, contemplated having another! Lol. Found my dinner a bit boring today :/ looking forward to Friday, we're having a proper meat feast! I'm so sad! Lol.

Had a really hectic day at work, I live my job but I'm so sick of it now. Can't deal with the *****ing and backstabbing!

I hope I get chance to browse and do the rounds properly tomorrow, another busy day though :( I feel like I haven't stopped the last few weeks (other than my holiday of course) but I just seem to be non stop constantly!

We booked our "break" 19days to go! Hoping to get 3lb off by then, 2 more WIs.

I'm off out to watch maleficent tonight with my sister. Gets me out while Jamie is out! And can't wait for next weekend, Jamie is away for one night for a friends birthday so me and my friend are going for a Chinese then into town after. I LOVE Chinese!

I've decided I'm going to give myself a"cheat" day or meal each week, what would you recommend? Just a meal or a day? I'm going to ave fish & chips tomorrow for my nans birthday (her request) and I'm not going to count it as a treat for my loss and see how I get on.

Anyone have any lowsyn/free snacks for the cinema? I have some butterkist toffee popcorn for 5.5 syns. Not feeling fruit as I had it for breakfast.x

Yeah that's what I was thinking. But I've seen a few ppl on IG have a whole day off plan. I think it's ok every now and again but don't think it would be a good idea for me as if just get carried away and eat a weeks worth of syns/calories in 1day lol x

Absolutely god smacked with my loss, can't believe it. Only Monday I was still at 8st12lb. It don't make sense. Maybe it's the increased water? Oh well, I will most definitely keep this up lol.

Woohoo! Well done you that's a fab loss. Bet you feel on top of the world! I agree with pip, a cheat meal is probably safer than a cheat day, although you could maybe test the water and see if 1 cheat day a month does you any harm?

Hi all. Had a bad few hrs this evening with my belly, started up again with a vengeance! I've even turned down a lovely slice if flake birthday cake that I got my nan! Didn't even enjoy my dinner, was in too much pain, had about 8 chips, 1/4 of fish and 1/4 battered sausage.
