After being told off at work yesterday about my lighter life diet :cry:,it really made me think,am i ok to do this ?
Ive only been on the packs since thursday,ive done 4 a day and have cheated every day by having my morning cup of tea with milk !
But the worrying part is that i have now lost 14lb ,
Is it ok to lose weight that quick?
Im sure next week ill be worrying about not losing enough lol !
