I take mine in the morning - multivitamins at night might keep you awake?

Haha, I hadn't heard that multivits can keep you awake? But I do take mine on a full stomach - i.e. after eating - otherwise they give me a stomach ache and make me vom! Each to their own eh! :D

Roos do you mean jerky knee (it's actually called restless leg syndrome)? I get that and take a potassium tablet before I go to bed, sorts it out very quickly.

seems to be late evening it starts,
if i don't take my socks off befor my feet get really warm,i've had it.:mad:

i'm still a little unsure of what i should take,as i thought that while on the Atkins
diet,extra Iron was not needed ?

You can get good multivits without iron - though I've never found the amount in multis bungs me up - which I think is the reason it's not suggested.
