5 off for me this week - bumper loss I'm really thrilled I've almost reached my target for the first 60 days of my diet! And it was really only 7 weeks because of my week off at half-term. Ooh - 11 days then to lose 4lbs. Challenge accepted!!!

Well I am back after completely forgetting to weigh in last Friday.
That's how off track I am. Was snowed in and the kids were off school.
We survived! But ate the contents of the cupboards and the fridge!
I have basically weighed the same for a whole month now so it's time to move on. Can't keep hovering at the 201 mark for ever. Although I am thankful that I have not put on much more.
