This is so inspirational- there is so much progress in so many of these threads (I only joined a few days ago and have been reading some of the conversations to get an idea of how things go here). I almost can't imagine it actually coming to fruition and me finally losing the weight. I can't even begin to think about how happy and satisfied some of you must feel to look at your goal number and actually be more than halfway to reaching it. It's so motivational to see other people making it real, if that makes sense?

Anyway congratulations to you all and I hope that I'll have as much success as you lot :cool:

Scales are actually down again this morning (I weigh daily) and I now have exactly 23lb to goal, there are 23 weeks to my 30th Birthday at the end of Jan and I desperately want to be at goal for that. Will try and shift as much as possible before the end of the year though!

4lbs off for me this week.

I have missed a couple of weeks updating...after ten weeks of kicking around the same 2lbs up and down, I have now managed to have three weeks in a row of weight loss bringing my new total of 37lbs off for this year...giving up cappuccinos and gluten seem to be helping along with the odd day doing intermittent fasting.

I've been back on Slimming World for two weeks and lost 4lbs so far, with 3lbs off this week so I'm feeling motivated and determined to keep this going. There are four months left of this year and I set myself the target of losing 33lbs and getting into the 13s by Christmas. I haven't seen that number for a long time so it would be the best Christmas present to myself :D

I have put on another few pound since I last checked in but I am where I am. I weighed myself on Friday and will do so every Friday.

So I have to lose 2.2lb to get to STS for this year. But I will do it.
I also have a mini goal to get to 14 stone before a family party in October, so I have added a second ticker.
Will catch up later in the week. And fingers crossed for a good weigh in on Friday.
 
Another lb off for me, it's slow progress but at long as it keeps going in that direction I don't care - now at a total loss of 60lb :classic_big_grin:
