Lost 102lbs - Struggling with final 38!

    Hi Guys

    As the title says - I have lost 102lbs on Lighter Life, but still have 38 to go. I REALLY struggling. Every morning I wake up thinking that I will go all the way through to target now remaining abstenant, and then the night time comes, and I eat!

    Did any of you guys have the same problem of getting near the end, and then really struggling with the rest!!

    Any Tips???

    What an inspirational loss, you have done so well. Perhaps you need to step up a plan - not sure how LL works, but basically add a calorie / carb controlled meal for a couple of weeks to give your head time to get itself around your losses so far.
    You have done so brilliantly, don't let this hitch get you down.

    It seems quite common for people to struggle once they hit a milestone like 100lbs, - I struggle with just 1 stone (LOL)
    Perhaps that is when your body and mind need a rest to recover - just a theory of mine?

    Anyway most importantly - take care of yourself and make sure that if you do eat you are able to maintain not gain, and remember we are all here for you hun. x:)

    A lot of people seem to change plans when they get stuck for instance moving from LL to LT or WW to SW??
    If you feel you need a change, you could look around the various forums on this site and see if by changing your plan you can kick of those last few pounds.
    PS your weight loss is inspirational, well done you!!!!!!!!
