It really is finding what works for you - i can only survive on the porridge, cant be doing with shakes!!

Well done thats fantastic - you did really struggle this week so I hope you dont feel so bad next week.

I like the porridge for breakfast, have a hot chocolate for lunch (interchanging the choc, choc mint and choc orange) and then I make the chicken and mushroom soup into a poppadom so I get a good mix of tastes and textures - I couldnt survive on just cold shakes!!!!!

Dont worry about, im not keen on shakes myself and just stick to porridge and i like the toffee and caramel bars. So i am really picky!
