Well done thats fantastic - you did really struggle this week so I hope you dont feel so bad next week.

I like the porridge for breakfast, have a hot chocolate for lunch (interchanging the choc, choc mint and choc orange) and then I make the chicken and mushroom soup into a poppadom so I get a good mix of tastes and textures - I couldnt survive on just cold shakes!!!!!

Thanks guys for the support. I had the bar-caramel wasn't that bad, the choc-orange was disgusting and so was the choco tetra. Agh I guess I will have to do something about it. I am sorry if I sound fussy but I'm not, I just don't like them :(

Congratulations on your fabby weight loss!!
Dont worry about, im not keen on shakes myself and just stick to porridge and i like the toffee and caramel bars. So i am really picky!
