Lost at last

After not losing my first week I was very disappointed.Then last week I couldn't make it to class, so I was very happy tonight when I stepped on the scales and have lost 2.5 lb

So now I am moving onto the 1400 cal per day section. I feel focused again after a loss. I obviously have had a slow start to the plan but things hopefully will move now.

Thank you. Yes i feel better knowing the scales have moved now. I have also lost 4" in total so that makes it sound better lol.

I hope you have a good loss too this week.

I am wondering if I should move up to 1400 cals now... still on 1200 but stayed the same last week and not sure about this week - weigh in tonight ;)

I lost in first week a lot and then second one nothing. a bit disappointed but i keep up the good work and following the diet.
