Trip Report:
Tried on different dress just before I left, black & cream 50's style, fitted bodice & big gathered skirt, size 12... it fitted. So I took that & wore with my little pink Boden cashmere cardi & felt that I looked the part anyway. I was so glad about that... and the dress-trying-on hardened my resolve to get this weight off and get down to 10 7 where all my stuff will fit and I will feel I am in a place I want to stay.
Sunday food: as planned, hot choc at 11.30; skinny latte & peanut bar on train; lo fat cottage cheese and rocket leaves at hotel. A good 810 day.
Monday food: no, no, no. Not an 810 day, but it couldn't be. I won't beat myself up over it.
brekky: scrambled eggs, 4 mushrooms
lunch: 2 tiny wholemeal cheesey sandwiches (one slice of bread all-in, but the filling was fattening... no salad, no bread-free choices, and lots of meat/fish so it was all I could have really).
afternoon: latte & bar on train
tea: 7 o clock... this is where it went wrong... latte & cheese scone with butter at Carlisle station. I was hungry and very fed up, hate the long travel home and knew I still had 2 hours travel ahead of me... I debated between egg sandwich & cheese scone & went for scone. I knew what I was doing and chose to do it, and excused myself on basis that I'd spent a huge amount of energy that day, but a bit disappointed in myself. At least I didn't want anything sweet.
Weighed this morning and still 11 5, so that's good. Have had my porridge toady and am carrying on as if nothing odd has happened. Hope I can find the ketosis zone soon.
