Lost the way

Hi everyone,

I've recently had a second child and have totally lost the plot with the weight loss. I had managed to get to a comfortable size 12 for the first time in 10 years, and then got pregnant. After having the baby, I managed to get down to 10 stone, but have now just lost it. The willpower is totally out of the window, and I'm really hoping this site/chatrooms/forum will get back back on track.

Hi Irene, thanks :)

I know about propoints, but I haven't tried it. I can't get motivated to relearn all the points to be honest. SO what I'm doing this week and cutting out my morning/afternoon snack (remnant from when I was breastfeeding til recently), and instead am having fruit if I get hungry. No naughty food except perhaps one day a week, and only in moderation. And trying to drink more water. I've also worked out everyday so far (since Monday lol). Fingers crossed that next week will show results and will spur me on to get back onto WW.
