Attack Lottie's Little Diary of Dukan energy boost diet!

Day 1 of Attack:

Breakfast= Muller light yogurt, slice of ham, cup of Tea

I feel really full, I usually skip breakfast opting for just the tea! I often feel hungry around 10am and then start snacking on biscuits! eeek

Need to pop out and get some oat bran and some sweeteners (usually have 1 sugar in tea)

Lunch- Chicken, Ham and a muller light

Dinner- Chicken omlette with cottage cheese

Drinks- Sparkling water, Tea, Squash (sugar free)

Snack- Oat bran cookie

Day 2

Day 2: I got on the scales first thing this morning as I did yesterday and I have lost 5lbs! Im not really energetic but feel a bit happier and better than usual!

Brek- Cup of T and a yogurt

Lunch- Chicken and a boiled egg

Dinner- Salmon and cottage cheese

Snacks- Ham slices and a couple of oat bran muffins

Drinks- Tea, sparkling water and diet coke (at least 1.5L)
 
Hi Lottie, well done on your loss so far. How long are you on attack for ?
 
Hi lottie and welcome your doing great try to drop the ham as high in salt keep going girl, Dukan is the best x
